27.06.24 Year 2 Beach Trip

Year 2 had such a lovely time on our school trip into Brighton last week! We visited Martha Gunn's house and caught a glimpse of the West Pier. The children were so excited to see how similar it was to their amazing artwork. We had a snack on the beach before taking a trip on Volk's Electric Railway. The children loved seeing the different sights and hearing the conductor ring the bell very loudly. We finished our day back on the beach to eat our lunch and had to be very careful of the hungry seagulls! We are so proud of the children and they loved seeing our topic 'Beautiful Brighton' come to life.
