09.07.24 Year 1 Science Week

Goldfinch and Starling class have had a busy science week learning all about gravity. They have enjoyed reading the book 'egg drop' which inspired them to carry out their own egg drop investigation. The children came up with the aim of dropping an egg wrapped in different materials to see which protected the egg the best. They were also able to make their own paper aeroplanes to test how gravity works. Please ask the children what they found out!
