04.04.25 Year 2 Spanish Day

To celebrate Spanish day, Year 2 flew all the way to Spain with Mile Oak Airlines! First, we received our passports and made our way through airport security. The children were then seated by our wonderful cabin crew, including our head Stewardess Stafford, before securing their seatbelts ready for take-off! Once we were safely in the air, our cabin crew handed out snacks to the passengers who were eagerly waiting for our arrival in Madrid. Once we landed, we disembarked from the plane to enjoy a day full of exciting Spanish activities. The children filled in their passports with information they had learned about Spain and all took part in a fab-u-lous flamenco dancing session. We finished the day sharing our learning with the children in reception and created some amazing artwork inspired by Salvador Dali.
