Year 5 have been learning; How do living plants make new plants?  

For our experiment we learnt about asexual reproduction and to investigate we used the roots of spring onions and the stem of mint plants to grow new plants!

We were amazed by the results although we didn't like the taste of the spring onions too much!!!
